The Story Of High School Days
The game’s primary focus, like the title suggests, will be on school events, including after-school activities, parties, and, of course, characters such as teachers and classmates. It’s difficult to deny that The Summertime Saga had a significant influence on the game, both in terms of narrative and art style.

The plot begins simply enough, with our MC being forced to return to his hometown following a nasty divorce from his parents.
He is supposed to live with his grandmother; however, when he arrives, he is met by a childhood friend who informs him that Grandma had to leave and that she will be staying with him for the time being. New city, new girls, new life We have seen this before, simply because it works.
The initial plot is thus established; what follows is a story that includes sex, mystery, humor, and a sense of adventure.
Gameplay
Speaking of adventure High School days plays like one. You have an inventory, a quest log, and a time and day/night system, as well as free roam around the city in sandbox mode. There is some leeway in how you approach the plot, but the game remains fairly linear, with events triggered when a certain condition is met. The game does a good job of holding your hand and even warns you that you might miss an event if you don’t visit a specific location at a specific time. However, there are still ways to significantly slow down progress with some of the characters if you choose to do so; the options are fairly obvious in this regard.
Moving between locations is simple enough, but there is some confusion when it comes to navigating the school, which I hope the developer will address in the future.
The Art
School Days’ art style is fantastic. It is so distinct that it cannot be confused with any other game. The art is all hand drawn, which is obvious, and the characters have a game and comic book vibe to them. Girls are stunning and diverse, ranging from big boob milfs to cute anime loving girls. The locations are done with great care, and the overall game is filled with small details that add character. When it comes to a scene, just spend a few seconds to observe it. School Days also includes animations, which are mostly used in the sex scenes. They are done in a simple but effective way to give the scene the hot sauce it needs. The art is a refreshing change (A feeling I got from Paradise Lust as well) from the usual uncanny valley found in adult games, and I appreciate that.
