Apple App Store additional fee.

Hey.

Starting November 2024, Apple will be adding an additional 30% AppStore fee for Patreon subscriptions. Patreon sent this news to all creators.

I want to point out that I am NOT going to increase the cost of my tiers by these 30%, as I consider this move by Apple to be a manifestation of banal greed and fundamentally disagree with such decisions. But this also means that I will earn less for your subscription if you make it through the iOS app.

Thus, for greater effectiveness of your support, I recommend doing this through PC browsers, and not through an iPhone or an app from the AppStore.
