When selecting the games for any “best of” list, I always invoke extra care. But above all, I consider these 5 points:
- Gameplay quality – is a game tedious to play, is it innovative, does it use tricks to artificially prolong gameplay, and does it have a lot of bugs?
- Story – How good is the story? Is it consistent? Does it draw me in?
- Art – How good is the art? Are there animations? Is the art distinct and consistent? Quality of models, lightning, composition
- Sexual content – Is the game spicy enough? Does the sex contribute to the game? How good are the sex scenes? How varied they are?
- Sound – Does the game have music, FX and voice and the quality of it

#10 WVM

WVM is one of the “classic” adult VNs that came out four years ago. It is from a time when there were not a lot of adult games, and yet it is one of the games that was responsible for setting some standards for adult games that followed it. WVM is taking place in college, where you play basketball. You are considered one of the top players in the country and, as such, a big star on campus.
VMW is an adult visual novel game that you will either love or hate. First of all, as a megastar, all of the girls will instantly love you and want to have sex with you. All of the girls will also be OK with you having sex with their girl friends and even other female relatives. You are just that big of a star. And to make things even crazier, all of the other men in the game are either gay or simply so beta that they pose no threat to you whatsoever. So yeah, if you like to play the big alpha dude who can have them all without much challenge, the game is going to be great. If not, you will probably skip it for something newer.
Regardless of the harem approach, which some may not like, the game is still pretty decent, the writing is OK, the renders do improve the more you play, and the story is well told. Let me just say there is a ton of drama in WVM. Tons of girls, tons of sex, and tons of drama
Now why is this game on this “best trans porn games” list? Well, WVM was actually one of the first visual novels that I played back in the day that gave you the option to choose if one of the characters was in fact trans or not. This was actually quite heroic back then, and the developer got a lot of sh*t for even thinking about the option. I found it fascinating and a refreshing change.
#09 Futakin Valley

I enjoy playing good platformers, especially since there aren’t many of them among the futa porn games. Consequently, I was eager to play Futakin Valley, a superbly illustrated futa driven boss rush game in a metroidvania style. Even though Futakin Valley is still in its early stages of development, the game already shows a lot of promise, especially in the area of art.
The goal of the game is to eliminate the bosses and get new equipment from them so that you can eliminate more bosses. You can choose the order in which you want to battle them, which gives the scheme a more soul-like feel. The game’s weak point is its actual fights, which, in my opinion, still require a lot of improvement.
Along the way, you gather additional items that you can later present to the shop owner for identification. Additionally, a helpful bestiary is available to show you how the game is doing. The story of the game is currently almost nonexistent, but it will probably be included in some of the future iterations.
The game’s best part is the content. The CGs are stunning, and the overall animation and art are delightful. It’s a nice touch to be able to revisit them in the gallery as well. The sex scenes, however, are events rather than gameplay elements. That, in my opinion, was a real lost opportunity. But hey, the art is still cool. We can only hope that the gameplay is refined.
#08 Beauty and the Thug
Beauty and the Thug is a visually stunning adult visual novel (AVN) that combines an engaging narrative with rich characters, offering players a story-driven experience with erotic twists. Let’s talk about the list’s underdog. The adult game Paradise Inc. failed to gain widespread traction and was largely disregarded by players. I’ll make an effort to correct that and explain why I enjoy the game.
First, if this is a text-based management adult game that focuses heavily on transformation, the game features all sorts of possibilities, and the freedom to approach the story and how your character will develop or even what the character will transform into is up to you.
The creators of Paradise Inc. have a fantastic concept and are very clear about what they want the game to be. The time management can be hectic at times, and there is some grind, but the game still manages to keep things moving. The narrative is very well written and captivating, as one would expect from a text-based game.
The options are endless, and you can essentially swap out all of the characters you meet, so there is definitely room for replayability. There are a sizable number of male, female, and trans (futa) characters, and each of them appears in a number of scenes that are both transformational and dom/sub in nature. Everyone will likely find something they like. Oh, and by the way, as far as I can tell, the content is clearly marked, so you can skip things you don’t like.
For a text-based game, the art is pretty amazing. Which, to be honest, surprised me in a good way.
Anyone looking to try something new should definitely check out this game because it really does a lot of new things. Although it plays more like a book, it still feels like a game. You can play Paradise Inc. for free and directly from your browser.
#06 Demon Gods
At its core, Demon Gods stands out for its compelling narrative and rich lore. The story throws players into a dark and fascinating world where they take on the role of a protagonist who’s unexpectedly transformed into a succubus in a demon-infested realm. Unlike many adult games that focus solely on quick gratification, Demon Gods offers an immersive storyline with actual consequences for player actions.
The branching paths are where the game truly shines. Every decision you make shapes the world around you, affecting relationships, power dynamics, and how your character evolves. This gives the game strong replay value and makes every playthrough feel unique.

Ok, let’s move on to something a bit special. A beat-em-up game with great animations and an even better concept I included Solas City Heroes because you can create any variation of a character you want, including a character with big boobs and a big penis.
The game is a fighting game comparable to Streets of Rage or Golden Axe (for us old people). The arrow keys are basically used to move around, and the other set of keys is used to punch, kick, block, and jump. In order to get to the end of the stage, where the boss is waiting for you, you must battle your way through waves of adversaries and destroy everything in your path. The fun part is finding the traps that can catch you with the equipment used in bondage. What happens next in that circumstance is only imaginable. Yes, there is sex involved.
The enemies will try to make you cum in every way possible; each time you do, you lose a part of your HP, and if that falls to 0, you lose.
Solas City Heroes was clearly created using lessons learned from Mr. Zed’s previous game, Kinky Fight Club, and both the game and the story are well-paced. Although the plot takes some intriguing turns, it is kept simple enough to not distract from the game’s main focus on action. Even for people who are not accustomed to playing side-scrolling games, the gameplay is interesting and simple enough to grasp. Additionally, there are a variety of game difficulty settings available, so you can play at your own pace.
The numerous and various sex scenes start when the player loses. Apart from the struggle for control, there isn’t much real interaction during the sex scenes, but they still accomplish their intended purpose. Additionally, Mr. Zed added threesomes to the game, which increased its lewdness by another notch.
I wish more game designers would consider giving you the option of being female, male, or futa. It gives things a really intriguing new twist.
Solas City Heroes also includes voice acting and a pretty decent soundtrack, which add to the quality of this already solid game. You can download a free demo on Steam.
#04: Futagenesis Unveiled

In this futa porn game, we follow Jenny, a futanari who tries to uncover the mystery behind why she was born differently and how the world would react if they knew (to be exact, as Jenny is born this way, it technically makes her a hermaphrodite, but why is the real secret). The story develops a little more slowly than we are used to in adult visual novel games of this type, and you have to work for the sex scenes. I actually find that enjoyable. as it gives me time to connect with the characters and the story, which in turn usually brings an overall better experience and is not just a quick fap fest. The game even goes a little bit further in that regard and provides you with all the character information as well as a brief summary of the current circumstances and events, which is a great addition, especially for an adult game that is still under active development.
I do want to point out that there are some puzzles in the game that might even be challenging to solve. This is a personal preference, as some might find the puzzles a great addition and some may just be annoyed by them.
Futagenesis has excellent writing and storytelling, but its strongest component is its art. The characters are incredibly distinctive, the renders are flawless, the lighting is perfect, and the scene’s execution as a whole is just on another level. Very good. You won’t be let down because the game includes some excellent animations. Also, the girls you meet are not your typical sex bimbos with oversized boobs, which I actually find refreshing and suits the game better, as it does not take away from the story and gameplay. There are also some excellent musical choices.
#03 Futadom World: Binding Sim

This is a legitimate futa porn game, complete with a variety of sandbox components that have been added for a specific purpose. There are futas everywhere in the Futadom world, and they hold all of the power. As a result, as a man, you must exercise caution when navigating this “futa infused” world. If you don’t succeed, you might even end up as a sex slave. To increase your chances of being seduced, you’ll need to work hard in school, exercise, earn money, and develop a variety of skills. Just so everyone is aware, this is a male-on-male game.
Yes, Futadom World is a dating sim with powerful, domineering futas who prey on anyone who exhibits weakness (especially men, who are seen as lower class). The writing is excellent, which was to be expected given that the entire game is based on a universe that has already been established and contains a number of novel stories. You can count on compelling writing and branching stories to draw you into the Futadom universe. It has hours and hours of content, and repeatability is encouraged.
The artwork is very distinctive; it has a hand-drawn 2DCG comic art style that, in my opinion, perfectly conveys the meaning of the game. The game also has some excellent animations. In contrast to other games of this genre, the art is fairly consistent. It’s both cute and hot.
Futadom World has a wide variety of sex-related fetishes that can be investigated. However, you will adore it if you enjoy dominance, submission, and, of course, futas. This is regarded as one of the top futsal games available. I tend to concur. FutadomWorld has a free version you can download.
#02: Tales of Androgyny

One of the first futa/trans-infused games I have encountered since I first learned about the world of independent adult games is Tales of Androgyny, which has been in development for more than 5 years. I still find it as fascinating today as I did then. First of all, the game’s implementation has been flawless since the beginning. The best part is that the game is still getting frequent updates, despite the insane amount of work that must have gone into it in the last few years. It has only been days since the last update!
Tales of Androgyny simply wins the prize when it comes to gender fluidity. First of all, the main character is pretty much exactly what you’d hope for in a fluid sense. You portray a feminine guy who resembles a girl (femboy?). Then there are countless combinations of males, females, futa, monsters, and even slime with whom you can engage in lewd behavior. and of all mixtures, dimensions, and forms. Stories of androgyny fit everywhere. Be warned, this game contains a lot of kinks (particularly pegging of various kinds), monster girls (often with dongs), humiliation, and femdom.
Tales of Androgyny includes some excellent RPG components that are crammed into a fantastic narrative, but most importantly, it is jam-packed with countless characters that you get to meet while on your adventures. The game’s lewd aspect serves as both its centerpiece and its core because of the way it was made. The adventures are procedurally generated, so each playthrough will be unique when it comes to the story itself. And if that weren’t enough, this game is the focus of a thriving modding community that is offering a variety of enhancements.
The artwork is excellent; interactions are lively and full of movement, and scenes are beautifully animated. This is an incredibly interesting game for its age, and the artwork never felt dated because of how distinctively designed it is. #01 Star Periphery

Ok, maybe I am a sucker for sci-fi themed games (which I am), and this might come as a bit of a bias when deciding where to place Star Periphery amongst the top 3 futa/trans games. To be fair, Tales of Androgyny could have easily taken the number one spot on this list. However, this doesn’t mean that Star Periphery isn’t one hell of a game! In fact, it is one of the best futa, or trans-themed, porn games currently available.
There are numerous main and supporting characters to interact with, which is fantastic in terms of both the quantity and variety of said characters. The amount of content is astounding even for such an early version of the game, as it features everything from fit tomboys and thicc milfs to gothic looking gals. Regarding the actual content, the renders and overall artwork are incredible and rank among the best in all adult games. The world, the scenes, and the characters are so well rendered that you won’t even notice the absence of animations (though they would be a wonderful addition). The way the game is executed is also very consistent.
In my opinion, great immersion is one of the key components of any story, whether it be in a book, a movie, or a game. If it’s done right, it captivates you and keeps you interested through the whole thing. With its fantastic world building, language, writing, soundtrack, and amazing art, Star Periphery nails this and is one of the most immersive games I have ever played.
